Meditation

Meditation is a process whereby the mind is quietened to achieve a sense of peace through techniques of breathing, body posture and visualisation. It is a bridge between everyday “stress” and “inner peace”. It can take a life time to achieve the ultimate level of stillness that leads to absolute “inner peace”, but a regular practice of meditation can be tremendously beneficial to our health and well-being.

Meditation is also an integral part of personal and spiritual development. It accelerates our self-healing process and helps to deepen our knowledge in any aspect of healing. It increases our ability to help others on their own personal journey. Overall, meditation strengthens our psyche and gives us energetic protection; eliminates stress and creates harmony in our lives on a daily basis.

As we become more at peace with ourselves, we become more balanced, therefore more in tune with life in general; we then attract abundance in all areas of our lives such as wealth, health, relationships and much more.
